THE WORK

The 10-round, 45-minute fight is evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing, and the other half is spent on the transformative power of resistance training.

We crank a room-shaking sound system with old-school and new-school beats you’ll only hear at Rumble — but the vibe stays welcoming, inclusive, and fun. Here, beginners stand next to seasoned athletes, moms next to young professionals, all pushing through the same rounds together.

Whether you’re shadowboxing or hitting it on the bag, run the six punches with combos designed to fire up your arms, upper body, and core.

HIIT

Programmed intervals of work and recovery will kick the whole body into high gear. Leave it all on the floor (or bag) and walk out of class feeling victorious.

METCON

Metabolic Conditioning is the no-frill combo of resistance and cardio moves packed into quick bursts of work. It'll put you and your metabolism to work.

STRENGTH

Knock out head-to-toe strength and bodyweight circuits at your bench; add light, medium, or heavy dumbbells to challenge your muscles.
